Spacious, four-bedroom holiday home with stunning views overlooking the Robe Marina, Guichen Bay and the magnificent Southern Ocean beyond.
Step back in time to a simpler era and lifestyle, and relax in a spectacular setting.
This classic family beach house with retro decor and layout sleeps 7 people comfortably, and accommodates couples, kids and family-friends alike.
Bathrooms are mobility friendly, and the House is equipped with access ramps.
Master bedroom (‘Captain's Quarters’) with ensuite, easy-living open plan, light and airy lounge area, BBQ and huge outdoor living space.
Features include separate ensuite, large dining area, practical main kitchen and separate kitchenette, plus split cycle air-conditioning and a fireplace (guests to supply own wood) for cosy getaway weekends and cool-weather stays. For those guests wishing to explore the Limestone Coast's flourishing food and wine delights, a pamphlet with a special deal will be found in the property for Cape Jaffa Wines.
Harbourside House has a large and well-established enclosed garden making it pet-friendly - outside only.
The house's secluded position is close to dining, shops and cafes along Robe's picturesque main street. Swimming, snorkelling, sailing, boat launching-ramp, and bustling fishing wharf are just a stroll away. Longer walks entice you along breathtaking cliff-tops, beaches and dunes - perfect for finding solitude, serenity, sunsets and scenery in any season.
Senior and Defence discounts are available. If you have a Senior's card or serving Defence identification, please let us know via the Notes section when booking, and we will adjust the price accordingly.

NOTE: This property is pet-friendly - outside only. It is the dog owners’ responsibility to ensure their dog is suitably restrained within the enclosed yard premises. Robe Holiday Rentals cannot guarantee fencing will be a suitable match with your pet.

Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied in all our properties for your stay, however we only supply what is required. NOTE linen is supplied only, if you require the beds to be made please book bed making with your booking request. It is the guests responsibility to notify the office if you require any special combinations. If no linen requests are made, we will make an assumption based on the guest number provided of which beds will be used at the property. Don't forget to bring your beach towels.

Great location and views. Lots of kitchen items to help with stay. Love the odd layout and quirky nature . On the negative side. Master bed and others like a rock and need replacement. Ensuite shower leaks all day and night as washers and/or spindles need replacement.
Couple of small changes would really improve stay and if not done it may prevent a return trip to this property. Overall positive stay.

Really enjoyed the stay at Grice Court. It’s my second stay. I really like that we can bring our fur baby. The views of the harbour, obelisk and the ocean west of the point from the house are fab.

We really love staying in Harbourside House for so many reasons....It is familiar... as we stayed there so often as children. It is full of the smells, sounds and stunning views of the ocean, the harbor, the bay, the cliffs and the and sky.The house is casual and functional and charming and everything works so well.I highly recommend this place for a relaxed family holiday!

Loved every minute of Harbourside House. Its location in Robe is unmatched, and its comfort and convenience level very high. The layout, rooms, decks and verandahs make an extended visit very enjoyable. I look forward to returning for another holiday sooner rather than later.

The location is second to none the verandah area is amazing but the rest of the home leaves a lot to be desired

A quirky house that has been built onto and then built onto some more! The decor is outdated but makes the house liveable and user friendly and with a fantastic location and amazing views, we would stay here again.

Great location, with peaceful beaches nearby and views of the ocean and harbour. Close enough to walk into town, but without the noise or traffic.A bit scruffy, with an unusual layout, but adds to the charm. It is unlikely that we will return to Robe, but if we did, this is where we would want to stay
The house might be old but it is a great price for the location with water views. It is clean and having 2 bathrooms it is ideal for friends to share.
