Kalimna - 26 Joy Tce

We keep coming back to Kalimna! It is in the best location with beautiful views from every window! There are decks to relax on front and back, you can watch the sunset from the lounge and kitchen, sunrise from the meals area. Recently upgraded, Kalimna is more comfortable than ever, drawing us back to Robe again and again for walks, golf, wineries, cafes, restaurants and shopping!

I can only deduce that the previous reviews were made by family and friends as the place was not completely renovated, the facilities were minimal and the decking dangerous as each time we sat down the legs would fall through the decking due to the gaps. The veiws are lovely but this is where it ends, the tv barely works as it runs on a set top box and the toilet needs replacing. The bedding was dirty and we used a sheet to cover the couch as it needed a good clean. Thankfully I always bring my own bedding and linen. It needs airconidtioning as it gets quite hot during the day and some nights and some sort of cover for the deck as the umbrella was broken and it is too harsh to sit outside when the sun is out which forces you to sit indoors where it is hot. I will not be staying here again and cannot believe that after I paid a deposit they increased the price on me which I have never encountered before. I wish I could put photos in here to show you the actual state of the property.

Another very relaxing three days enjoying the amazing ocean view. My only suggestion would be to include cooling. Although nice breeze through windows the house does become very hot. Small fans provided not adequate.

We love Kalimna our second stay and have booked a third, the house is comfortable,clean, with everything you need. It is quiet, so very relaxing and the ocean and marina views are amazing. The staff at Ottoson Partners Real Estate are wonderful to deal with, a small problem with the TV and they went over and above to ensure we were able to watch the footy.

Our family of four had the most magical stay at Kalimna. Perched on the end of the peninsula, we had 350 views of the ocean and a front and back porch to enjoy sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the walking trails right out the front door. I can't recommend this place enough. We'll be back.

All very good. Only request would be to have a lamp in the living area as overhead lighting is very bright.

We had a lovely Easter break at Kalimna - the house is in a great spot, close to the jetty and walking trails, and short stroll into town. An older home, but beautifully clean and views from every window were fabulous.

We had a lovely holiday getaway at Kalimna. The property has views from every window. Amazing location. Walking trail right outside your door. Enjoyed BBQ on the deck. Great amenities (DVDs, games, puzzles). Very professional property managers who dealt with small issues promptly. We will be back!

The house was exactly as described and very comfortable and clean. Views are stunning especially the sunsets we were treated to. We walked the cliff path every day as it started right outside the door. Town was an easy walk too. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Perfect escape destination... stunning views, very comfortable accommodation.

What more could one ask for. A simple little cottage with amazing views and a choice of scenic walks nearby. An easy walk in to town for morning coffee and shopping with a large deck for predinner drinks. The prefect little getaway with my favorite girlfriends. Our only regret was we could not stay longer! Thank you Kalimna, we will be back.

We love this little house, it is just right for us. Excellent location and views. It has everything we need. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge.

It was a lovely cabin with 360° ocean views, perfectly placed, not too far away from the beach or the town. The place was clean, had all the amenities (don't have to carry a thing from home). Check in and check out was easy. Overall, amazing experience, will definitely come back!

We left the property early as there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans. The weather was hot and humid so staying in the house was very uncomfortable.
No refund was offered. We would not stay there again.

We booked a 5 night stay at Kalimna house in Robe for the second week of January. On arrival at the house we found the location to be simply beautiful - away from the crowds but taking in 360 degree views of the ocean, lighthouse and obelisk. Short stroll to the jetty, marina and town, as well as to the skatepark and golf club. We were very spoilt with the weather and unheard of 30 degree days with no wind, which meant beach days and sun kissed faces. The house had spacious living areas and a large uncovered deck facing towards the jetty and marina. Two good sized bedrooms were all we needed for our family of four and the beds were comfortable. House was clean and tidy with a selection of books and games also available. A wonderful stay in Robe - we will be back.

We had a wonderful holiday, staying at Kalimna, a perfect base for boating, walking, golf and 4X4 driving.

Our rental experience was easy - just a phone call to explain what I was looking for and the staff member new the exact property which ticked all my boxes.
